Click here for 120 Online Sessions Session 120, added this week, is advanced and full body and is 25 minutes. It is can be done as a complete session or continue on after 119 for 55 minutes of Contrology. We find our placement and away we go to upper abs, neck, shoulders, open chest, open window, semi circle stretch, stretch in opposition, full abdominal strength, shoulder bridge with leg control and kicks, supine thoracic extension, rolling, teaser, open leg rocker, boomerang, full body stretch, into final core challenge and rest!
