Wendy Jardine
Dear All
As we work through our bodies this week with conscious attention to A to E of course, we will continue to train without strain. We'll feel the strong training and perhaps add some load? How do we know how much load to add? Well, first we will have prepared our body through imagined load, perhaps ridiculous load? So why add real load at all? Well, load is fun as long as it creates no strain. As long as, when we add load, the powerful training we feel when we imagine adding load doesn't disappear, or begin to feel or look like strain. Training without straining should look easy to anyone watching! The load we add will be an arm or two, a leg or two, two arms and two legs, perhaps even taking the load further and further away from our centres. Hope you'll come and join me for training without straining at all the usual times this week.

Breathe Connect Move
"Watch a cat, as it lazily opens its eyes, slowly looks around, and gradually prepares to rise after a nap. First, it gradually rises on its hindquarters and then gradually lowers itself again, at the same time sprawling out on the floor, leisurely stretching its forepaws (with extended claws) and legs. Observe closely how all its back muscles actually ripple as it stretches and relaxes itself.... Observe, too, how cats sleep - utterly relaxed whether they happen to be lying on their back, side or belly, Contrology exercises emphasize the need for this constant stretching and relaxing"
